Our Facility

Our 3,000 square-foot facility is equipped with sealed walls, floors, and ceilings that are cleaned and sanitized daily. The skinning room and production room are equipped with drains for proper cleanup. We have skin-on coolers and separate hair-off coolers. The dry room is sealed and isolated for humidity control and minimal dry time.

We operate our business by the same standards you would find at any USDA inspected establishment. All production is done completely inside.
