AJ Deer Processing in Fredericksburg is owned by Anika & John Tamez and produces a variety of smoked sausages and meat snacks for our customers. We offer processing services that get the highest yield and we are very clean. Stop in and see us sometime, we would love to show you our clean facility.

$100 deposit due per animal when dropped off. Prices shown include 3% cash discount, credit cards will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.
